You will find below some of the tricks that I use to prepare a decent breakfast.(I am not sure if others may classify this as a good breafast)
Most of it is healthy..but maybe not as heathy as an apple ;¬)

chocolate sypup will not go un-noticed.

4> Ros'sandwitch and Tea
Type : Warm
Procedure : Toast 3 slices of bread until it is crisp and brown.
Spread a coat of peanut Butter on one slice. On another slice spread a good amount of bitter orange marmalade.
Join both the slices with the coated faces together. Now spead another coat of marmalade on
one side of the already coated toast. On the third toast apply any chocolate-vanilla spread and
join with the existing set.
Heat a cup of milk in a sauce pan. Add a small portion of ginger to it. Then add a teabag or two to it.
Bring it to boil. Now filter this into a large cup.
You are all set to have a great breakfast.
Expert Tip: Placing 3-4 mint leaves within the chocolate portion of your toast brings out a great taste.

Hope that this information is of help!
