Eulogy

The Lonely Traveller(TLT), prominent blogger on BlogSpot, died on Sat, 6th of October '07 from complications of losing his 'Lonely' title. He was fifteen months old. Soft spoken, cheerful and friendly, TLT never looked the part of a hopeless romantic.
But in the final days of his life, he revealed an unknown side of his psyche.
This hidden quasi-Jungian persona, surfaced during the pursuit for his soul mate, a woman who he only spent a few precious hours, on the phone, with.... a woman who he had only seen through his webcam.
The protracted search ended Saturday afternoon in total success. There was not even a single minute during the one and a half hour long marriage ceremony, when TLT thought that his Lonely status was about to expire. Later that evening when he thought about his beloved blog, http://accounts-of-the-lonely-traveller.blogspot.com/, he realized that the time had come to let go.
Yet even in certain loss the courageous TLT secretly clung to the belief that life is not merely a series of meaningless accidents or coincidences. But rather, it is a tapestry of meaningful events that culminate an exquisite, sublime plan laid out by God.
Asked about the loss of his dear friend, Roshan Abraham, the executive editor of the blogs http://lifewithninu.wordpress.com/ & http://lifewithninu.blogspot.com/, described TLT as a changed man in the last days of his life.
"Things were clearer for him. He wanted to renounce his title." Roshan noted.

Ultimately, Roshan concluded that if we are to live life in harmony with the universe, we must all possess a powerful faith in what the ancients used to call "fatum," what we currently refer to as destiny. Each one of us are destined to <......something......> and this 'something' is set by God.
